Project Objective:
Collaborate with a consortium of service providers to design a haunted house attraction. The key feature of this project is the integration of an automated camera system activated at a predetermined scare moment. This system will capture guests’ reactions, offering them the option to share their photos through text or email upon completing the experience.
Implementation Strategy:
In collaboration with our partner team, we employed a dry contact method for precise camera activation at the optimal moment during the haunted house experience. This technique ensured that the timing of the scare and the photo capture was synchronized perfectly. Additionally, we implemented an automatic process for adding a branded overlay to each photo, enhancing brand visibility and creating a memorable keepsake for guests. The photos were then transferred to a designated sharing station. At this juncture, we gathered guest information, facilitating a seamless sharing process. This setup not only allowed us to capture valuable data on guest engagement but also enriched the overall experience by providing a personalized and branded memento of their adventure.
