Polaris tests its machines in the harshest places on earth, so its touchscreen had to survive them too. We built “Touch to See How Tough Is Tested” from the ground up: a custom touch app on a display made for the outdoors, touring through rain, snow, heat, desert sun, sand, and wind. Every tap is tracked in analytics, and Polaris can swap videos from a CMS without a developer on site. Drive it here, on any screen.

A custom-built, gamified festival activation where guests dropped their phone to play. PivotXP engineered the iPad interface, the Raspberry Pi + PC button logic, the GPIO-driven LED lights, and the live radio-dial scoring display — every layer running locally with no internet dependency.

Built for Competition: A Game-Day Throw Wall
Two 8-foot by 7-foot custom throwing boards engineered for live accuracy challenges. Every throw fired custom sensors, triggered illuminated holes, fed an RFID-bound profile, and dropped onto a real-time joint leaderboard split between Army and Navy fans. Software, hardware, and physical design as one product.

A radar gun, a Canon R8 at 120fps, RFID-triggered sessions, and real-time processing — all under one roof. Every guest walked away with a custom cinematic clip showing their pitch composited against a 1968 Chevelle clocked at 96 mph. Delivered in under a minute, no green screen, no post-production.

A custom touchscreen experience we designed and built from the ground up, on a display made to tour outdoors in rain, snow, heat, desert sand, and wind. Guests browsed test categories and played on-demand stress-test videos at their own pace, while analytics tracked every tap and Polaris swapped content without a developer on site.

Every build is hosted online and every unit is reachable by our team, so most issues are handled from our desk while your event keeps running. For programs where the client is in the room, a multi-unit footprint, or a first live day, we put a PivotXP tech on site. Which one fits depends on the event, and we tell you at the quote stage.
